    This site started as a questionnaire.

    We used it to collect course reviews from the Mongolian students here.
    It was fine at collecting — and that is where it stopped. Anyone who
    wanted to know what a course was really like had to find the right
    person, ask for the file, and read through it line by line.

    In the first term of my second year it occurred to me that since I
    study computer science, I could turn it into something people would
    actually use. So I built this site, and the database behind it.

    Writing a review no longer means filling in a form. Reading one no
    longer means asking someone for a file. You just search for the course.

    I hope it saves the students coming after us a few wrong turns.
